The Otago Festival of the Arts Trust which delivers the Dunedin Arts Festival is a Charitable Trust that relies on the generosity of our Patrons, Benefactors, Sponsors, Trusts and Grants to deliver your Festival. Support like yours is vital to ensure our continuing success, and to ensure future audiences have access to high-quality arts experiences.
Your support allows us to celebrate and showcase incredible talent from all over the world and it also enables us to deliver free events and a heavily-subsidised, robust schools programme, allowing everybody in Ōtepoti Dunedin to experience the Festival and engage with high quality arts experiences.
By supporting the Festival you show that you are passionate arts enthusiasts, and you enable us to create something special for the community of Dunedin. In the current climate your support as a Benefactor is more vital than it has ever been. The arts play a role in rebuilding community wellbeing and connecting our communities, and the Dunedin Arts Festival will be at the forefront of the recovery.
When you become a Benefactor, you will be acknowledged on our website, in our Festival Programme and on signage at our Festival venues. Our Festival Director will also meet with you personally following the festival, to share what the Festival has achieved and ask you for feedback on your Festival experience. You will also have the knowledge that you are contributing to the development of a vibrant arts scene in our region and a stronger, more connected community.
To become a Supporter of the Festival, please contact the Festival Director, Charlie Unwin at director@artsfestivaldunedin.co.nz
